RETURN POLICY — 365 Sunrises

All 365 Sunrises products are made on demand, especially for you at the time of your order. For this reason, and in accordance with Article 103(c) of European Directive 2011/83/EU, customized or made-to-order products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Manufacturing defects or order errors

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or does not match the order placed, we will resolve it at no additional cost. You have 30 days from receipt to contact us with:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund according to your preference.

Items not eligible for return

• Products without manufacturing defects
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
